SeekOut allows recruiters to create a scorecard that it ranks inbound and sourced candidates against. They're ranked on a yes/no basis against each requirement, with a final % score indicating how well they fit overall. AI is available to help build the scorecard, and there's some semantic understanding beyond just keywords.
