Companies like Netflix and Spotify realized something crucial when they began suggesting content based on user preferences: recommendations make life a lot easier. We’ve taken that same concept and applied it to our candidate searches. When you open up a candidate on your Chrome extension, you can see up to three similar candidates based on matching skill sets, locations, companies, titles, and more. This will be especially useful in identifying candidates based on your ideal persona, especially if your initial preference is unavailable to hire.

Remember secretly passing notes to your friends in class? Well, we’ve taken that to a whole new level. Within specific projects, confidentiality and information security are paramount. By doing so, teams can ensure that project and candidate information stays safe and secure.
